It does not cover the software products we license to businesses (MyRewardz, ClearPath and StayEasy). We act as a processor on that business's instructions.

We report enquiry milestones back to Google Analytics and Google Ads so that our advertising can be measured. Only the anonymous Google identifiers described above are ever sent. Your name, email address, telephone number, company and message are never transmitted to Google or to any other advertising platform.
Beyond that, we share your information only where we are required to by law, or with service providers who host our systems and handle our email on our behalf, who are bound to use it only for that purpose.
We keep enquiry records for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.
